On February 26th 2010, the KEC and Donghwa High School, the best school in Namyang County, Gyeonggi Province, and a school designated as a foreign language specialization school, signed a memorandum of understanding regarding an increase in exchange with foreign colleges. According to this agreement, the school will manage a separate foreign exchange prep class, and the KEC will provide support with going to a foreign college and provide scholarships for excellent students.
